Code of conduct for torch bearer

OK, I found it. Le meteque. Please see Item 11 and 14. It is very clear to me that torch bearers should not display any tibetan signs.

I feel sad that so many torch bearers took advantage of the torch relay without honoring their own words.

Code of Conduct for Torch bearers of the Beijing 2008 Olympic Torch Relay
All Torch bearers shall meet the following requirements:

1. Torch bearers must be 14 years of age. If the Torch bearer is less than 18 years of age, his/her guardian must sign the Application Form mentioned below.

2. Torch bearers must sign the BOCOG Torch bearer Application Form and Torch bearer Commitment Letter, and follow the instructions of BOCOG staff.

3. Torch bearers must be physically able (without causing themselves any physical harm) to complete the task of carrying the Olympic flame for a set distance.

4. Torch bearers are required to wear the Beijing 2008 Olympic Torch Relay uniform provided by BOCOG. The uniform should not be altered in any fashion except for sizing purposes.

5. No unauthorised accessories may be worn in the course of the relay. No costumed mascots will be allowed to carry the Olympic flame.

6. Torch bearers must run their designated legs. Torch bearers should arrive at the assigned location on time.

7. Torch bearers should go through security checks at entry and exit points to and from the relay event areas. They should be responsible for their personal safety and property security.

8. Torch bearers agree to be filmed, photographed or otherwise recorded during the course of the Torch Relay for the purposes of promoting the Torch Relay and the Olympic Movement free of charge.

9. No pets other than special needs companion animals are permitted to accompany Torch bearers during their relay legs.

10. No commercial or corporate advertising signs can be worn by Torch bearers.

11. Torch bearers cannot outwardly display any political and/or religious signs during the relay.

12. Without BOCOG approval, an individual's relay leg cannot be run by a group of Torch bearers.

13. In case of injury or illness whilst participating in the Torch Relay, the Torch bearer will receive relevant medical treatment. But the payment or reimbursement of the medical treatment will be borne by the Torch bearer.

14. BOCOG has the right to terminate Torch bearers' participation in the Torch Relay if they do not comply with relevant rules.
